About Greg Fullerton


Real Estate is a second career for me. I was fortunate enough, after a 27 year management career with a large communication firm, to find myself in a situation where they were looking to downsize and I was looking for a change. As I had previously dabbled as an investor in real estate, spent the better half of my lifetime in customer service and negotiation, had friends in the business and possessed intimate knowledge of the city, having lived here my entire life, moving into real estate sales was an easy decision.


As there are an over abundance of real estate agents in the GTA, all of whom utilize every advertising media available, getting my message out to the public of the added value that I bring to the marketplace can be a challenge. I look at the transaction in real estate as being a partnering of myself and a prospective buyer or seller, with the expectation being that I provide a good understanding of the process, sound advice, a network of support and the type of customer service that takes the pressure off you, the client.


Here is a short list of items on my checklist of services that must be provided to a buying or selling client:




1. Clearly demonstrate and come to agreement on the market value of your property.

2. Discuss your target market, ie. first time homebuyer, those looking to upgrade, etc.

3. Provide you, from my network, the contacts that you may require to prepare, list and ultimately sell your property. From household repairs and staging services to mortgage and legal experts.

4. Discuss, agree upon and implement a marketing strategy that ensures maximum exposure for your home.

5. Keep you apprised of events that could impact the sale of your home such as changes in the market, neighbourhood sales or new listings and interested buyers.

6. Qualify potential buyers and negotiate an equitable offer.

7. Most importantly, ensure that you understand the process.




1. Simplify the search process and make it more efficient.

2. If necessary, provide through my network, a mortgage specialist to help you understand exactly what you can afford.

3. Assist in narrowing down a suitable search area based on need and affordability.

4. Show you properties that are relevant to what you are looking for.

5. When a property of interest comes available, clearly demonstrate through the use of comparable sales in the area, what the market value of that property is.

6. Negotiate a fair purchase.

7. Provide, through my network, contacts required to assist with your purchase such as legal experts, home inspection services, etc.

8. Stay involved up to and including the date of your closing.
